Customs and Duties
*Please understand that Kokin cannot provide a refund of Customs Duty and VAT.
As of 1st January 2021, parcels to Europe will be subject to customs and duty fees due to an amendment to the Union Customs Code Delegated Regulation. You might be asked to pay for Customs and Excise Duty as well as Value Added Tax (VAT) payments when you receive your parcels. Customs Duty is not due for goods, provided directly to the buyer when their value does not exceed 150 euros. You can read more about it from here.
[USA]
US Tariffs
As of 9th April 2025, a 10% tariff applies to most Australian goods exported to the US. The US suspended the de minimis exemption for all low-value imports to the US from 29th August 2025. As a result, all goods valued at US$800 or less are subject to country-specific tariff rates.
Tariff is to be paid by the importers. To avoid paying extra cost when receiving your orders, 10% fee (US dollars) will be automatically added to the products if you're based in the US.
